Please be informed that during the pilot programme you are participating in, all information about I am Capable,
including its design and functionality, is confidential. No rights are granted to the participants for any information to be disclosed.
By accepting this agreement from Otago Polytechnic Auckland International Campus and its' associates, you agree:

To use the website and the information it contains exclusively to evaluate the functionality and purpose of Online Learner Capability Portal and to not use or disclosure of the information to any third party.

To not to publish or disclose this website – including its content, design and performance specifications – to any third party without prior permission from Otago Polytechnic Auckland International Campus.

To make only those copies of the Capability Profile which are needed for participant's self-review, and
-
To return any documents and any copies thereof when they are no longer needed for the purpose for which furnished or upon the request of Otago Polytechnic Auckland International Campus and its' associates.
